More than an Arcade

The 4 Hours of SPA,
Saturday 22nd November 2025

ree

Driving a car on the limit is an intoxicating experience. Recreating that sensation in simulation is our sole purpose. We’re not here to soften the challenge or dial back the difficulty. You won’t find glowing green racing lines or arcade-style assists. And you certainly won’t be “paragliding from the rear spoiler.”

Racing is in our DNA. Team Endurance Racing at VRROOM represents our ultimate simulated motorsport event. Teams of two, three, or four drivers share the responsibility of bringing their chosen GT3 machine to the chequered flag after four relentless hours of competition.

On Saturday 22 December, we hosted the 4 Hours of Spa —an event that sold out ten days before race day. More drivers than ever booked practice sessions in the preceding weeks, and the entire field arrived closer in pace than at any previous event. Many competitors were familiar faces, but we also welcomed new faces and new teams to the grid.

Each team is formed from drivers holding different racing licences, awarded based on prior experience or performance during Race Practice. These licences determine the class in which each team competes.

Gold Class

Three teams fought for the outright win in our top category:

  • Kiss My Ashphalt – the most decorated team in our history Harrison Simpson, Aaron Harris, Joseph Clark

  • Uber Eats – former winner 'Eze' returning with Junior Louis Johnson

  • Fast Lane – a new pairing featuring Junior Freddie Lane and Bill Prout

Silver Class

Our Silver grid featured three teams of experienced regulars forming new alliances for this event:

  • Uncle Racing – James Martin and Matthew Reece-Edwards

  • Wanna B Bronze – Charlie Harris, Daniel Lee and Jonny Chesney

  • Try Hard – Daniel Gallagher, Ethan Story Davidson, Andy Young and Dan Edwards

Bronze Class

Our Bronze grid featured six teams:

  • Conitor – Darren Crouch, Matt Collier, Ash, Fred

  • JNR Motorsport – Rowan Flahey, Jorgy Del Barco, Nate Ramsden

  • Royce Who – Jonathan Pavey, Kevin Hassell

  • Garage 54 – Tamir and Zidane Soleman, Dave Smith

  • Oval Pensioners – Alex Vaughn, Mark Fowler

  • Spin Doctors – Harvey Towler, Christian Lambert, Tom James

Six Bronze teams entered, a mix of Paddock Club members and newcomers eager to test themselves and join our growing community. This endurance race surpassed all that came before it. From race control, the rising level of competition is unmistakable. The atmosphere was electric, and working behind Race Control felt like a privilege.

Three and a half hours into the race, the deciding moment of the night unfolded. Kiss My Ashphalt emerged from their final pit stop inches ahead of both Fast Lane and Uber Eats. All three cars ran side-by-side up the Kemmel Straight. After seventy-five laps, they were still split by mere tenths of a second.

In the end, Joseph Clark secured victory for Kiss My Ashphalt, alongside teammates Harrison Simpson and Aaron Harris—three of our fastest and most consistent regulars. The team has been untouchable this year.

“Eze” Ezekiel James and Junior driver Louis Johnson, racing as Uber Eats, fought ferociously for second but ultimately finished third—narrowly losing out to Freddie Lane and Bill Prout of Fast Lane.

All Gold category drivers are superstars in their own right. Many Bronze and Silver competitors watched in admiration, hoping to learn from their precision and racecraft.

Silver Class Results

The ironically named Wanna B Bronze took the silver class victory. Charlie Harris, still something of an unknown, showed a pace deserving of Gold consideration. Uncle Racing claimed second with Matthew Reece-Edwards setting the overall fastest lap of the night!

Third place went to Try Hard. Their race featured one of the greatest battles we’ve seen: Ethan Storey Davidson versus Freddie Lane. For several laps, they traded positions, ran side-by-side, and captivated everyone in venue. Ethan later described it as the most intense experience of his life.

Bronze Class Results

Bronze was won by brand-new team Conitor, who arrived to “try their luck” and left with a class win. They livestreamed the entire race and even offered a few helpful insights along the way. Second place went to Garage 54. Third was claimed by Royce Who.

Three more Bronze teams completed the field finishing in this order:

  • Oval Pensioners

  • JNR Motorpsort

  • Spin Doctors

While attention naturally gravitates to the class winners, every competitor deserves recognition. It takes courage to sign up, line up, and race for four hours. No one quit. No one torpedoed anyone else. Thirty-three drivers, twelve cars, clean racing, and a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.

We are immensely proud to host this event and grateful to all the drivers and teams that made it so successful.

If you are interested in racing either in a champsionship race, where you drive solo, or in an endurance race, where you compete as part of a team, we encourage you to book on to a race practice session first. Our next race is Porche Carrera Cup at Snetteron on Saturday 13th December.
